The splash of warmth undid him. Hex sank deep and came hard with a jerk. It
only took him a moment to recover, and he was curling over Nyx to lick him
clean.
He'd never felt the way he did in that moment. He felt like his chest was
wide open, vulnerable and raw. As if part of him was ready to welcome Nyx
into the very core of him.
There was a word for it, he knew, but it couldn't be Nyx. It couldn't
