Willy
Nyx watched Hex go, waiting a beat before turning and headed back towards the remains of what had once been a village.
He wandered quietly at first, poking around in the remains of buildings, and inspecting things he found discarded. There was a sadness here. Something broken. Lost. He could taste it in the air, like chalk and dust.
"Are you still here?" he called out. "You must be, I feel eyes on me. Come out. Come speak."

Sleep took him quickly. Willy held Nyx close, secure and just a bit possessive. Eventually, he did let go and roll over, freeing Nyx to be comfortable.

Nyx slept for some time, eventually waking and rolling closer.
"Hungry," he said, nudging Willy a bit, then nipping at his bare shoulder.
no subject
Willy slowly opened his eyes and smiled at Nyx.
"What would you like to eat?" he asked, rolling to push Nyx down into the cushions so he could indulge in a slow kiss.
no subject
Nyx purred excitedly at the kiss, and the feeling of Willy's weight pushing him down. For a moment his stomach seemed far less important.
"Something sweet," he rumbled.
no subject
"I have sweets," he nodded, but made no move to fetch any.
Nyx was sweet enough, and Willy was enjoying tasting his lips and neck and body.
no subject
"As sweet as me?" Nyx asked with a little grin, his hands sliding down Willy's chest.
no subject
"None as sweet as you," he promised. "Nothing close..."
Both arms wound around him again, holding Nyx close enough to feel the rhythm of his heart.
no subject
Nyx purred louder, nuzzling at Willy's neck and jaw.
"You are sweet too. I will visit as often as I can," he promised.
no subject
"I fear for you in the heat," he said softly. "Come any time you like."
He gave him one more lazy kiss before rising to slip on a gown and find Nyx sweet treats.

Tugging on his tunic, Nyx stretched and then followed along.
"Our homes are cold, they blow false wind, chilled by machines," he explained.
no subject
"Chilled by machines?" Willy asked curiously. "I think I would like to see such a thing."
The same foods emerged, plates of cakes and pies and berries and glass sweets. He laid them before Nyx with a smile.
"Perhaps I will come to your village."
no subject
"You could, I would show you around," Nyx offered with a little shrug, examining the foods on offer, and wondering what to try first.
no subject
Willy nudged some bright pink bit of fruit his way.
"What are they like? Those who fell with you?" he asked.
no subject
"Boring. ...But nice, mostly," Nyx said. "Hex is interesting, Robin is fun, but most the others are dull," Nyx said, having a nibble.
no subject
Willy wrinkled his nose at that news. Dull. Too much here was dull.
Nyx was brilliant, though. And if this Hex and Robin were as interesting, perhaps he could have a few new playmates in his collection...
"I will come and meet them," he decided.
no subject
Nyx sort of liked having this all be his secret, and he frowned a bit.
"Why? You have all you need here."
no subject
"Hardly. I need many things. I do not have a cold wind machine," he said. "I do not have chocolate."
no subject
"Do I not sate you?" he asked, tilting his head and frowning slightly.
no subject
"Sated? I will never be sated," he replied. "There will always be new and interesting things. And I will have them, you see."
no subject
"Oh," Nyx said, Willy's words taking away some of the shine. He didn't like being part of a collection, he wanted to be a crown jewel.
Hex would never make him feel like he was anything less.
"I'm bored, I will leave now," he decided.
no subject
"Must you? I could cure your boredom," he offered.
"You could stay. They won't miss you yet, surely "
no subject
"They miss me always, because they know I am special," Nyx said adjusting his tunic with a little huff.
no subject
"Special?" Willy asked curiously.
"More special than the others?"
His gaze grew uncomfortably sharp.
"Why?"
no subject
"Because I am. I am the last of my kin, and I am a prince. I am special," Nyx insisted, as if he needed it to be true to be happy.
no subject
"That does make you special," he agreed, smiling with too many teeth.
Suddenly, a wind machine and chocolate were of the least possible interest.
