It wasn't that House had actual delusions about his and Nyx's relationship. It wasn't a relationship as such, even. But it was still... something. Or at least he thought it was. And Nyx hyping up how hot, how sexy, this other guy was, right in front of House as if it wouldn't matter at all - that stung a little.
