from hereNyx looked unsure, then nodded, climbing off his lap and following after him.
This was a shit idea. He was sick, he shouldn't be putting poison in his body as well. ...But nothing sounded more tempting than this. He didn't want to think or feel. He wanted to switch off.

Nyx relaxed under his touch, melting a little under Hex's attention. The other man had a way of just knowing how to soothe him. It was something Nyx had never been good at. He was charming, sure, but he didn't read people well. He never had.
"Why are you so kind to me?" he asked, before he could stop himself.
no subject
Hex didn't answer right away, instead spending some time rubbing the tightness out of Nyx's lower back.
"Because I love you, I reckon," he replied. "And I like doing it."
no subject
"I don't feel particularly lovable most of the time," Nyx admitted. "Most of the time, I feel like a problem."
no subject
Hex smoothed his hands over Nyx's body, up and down, then up again.
"You don't feel like a problem to me," he told him.
no subject
"That's because you've got a good heart, Hex. Too good for me. I'm rotten, you know that? I spoil everything and everyone I touch. That's why I'm sick, I think. It's karma of a sort," Nyx said softly.
no subject
Hex's hands slowed, then stilled.
"Do you really think that?" he asked, hurt by the thought.
no subject
"I do," Nyx admitted quietly, finally turning over to look at the other man. "I'm lucky to have you, but know I'll understand when you get sick of me. I'll never hold it against you, I'll just be glad you were mine for even a moment."
no subject
"You expect I'll leave? Or do you think everyone will?" Hex asked softly.
no subject
"Both," Nyx said softly. "People get tired of my shit, Hex. ...And I get it, you know? I get sick of me too," he admitted.
no subject
"Do you?" he asked, hands moving once again. "Do you, erm, run people off? On purpose?"
His fingers found their way to his neck.
"Be honest."
no subject
"Not on purpose, I don't think. Just happens. It's why I'm surprised Will's back. People don't usually come back either," Nyx admitted, head tilting back slightly. As though instinctively offering himself to the other man.
no subject
"Nyx?" Hex said softly.
"...What if I didn't leave? What would you do then?"
no subject
"Everyone leaves in the end, Hex. I promise, they just do," Nyx said, leaning into the touch. "It would be nice if you stayed a while though."
no subject
Everyone leaves. Yeah, that was true for him, too. It hurt, how true it was.
"A while," he agreed softly.
no subject
"Will you kiss me?" Nyx asked quietly, a simple request, a soft request.
no subject
"Just a kiss?" he asked and pressed one to Nyx's shoulder. "One like that?"
He gave him another, this one on his neck. Closer to his lips, but not quite.
no subject
"You know what I mean," Nyx protested, squirming beneath him. "Kiss me properly."
no subject
Patience was the game and Hex continued to kiss Nyx, but took his time making his way to the man's mouth. A kiss to the jaw, nearly there, then he was kissing Nyx's fingertips instead, or his torso, or his hair. Some soft, some enough to make him squirm, some enough to make him moan.
And finally, finally, he kissed him the way he was asking for.
no subject
Nyx moaned against his lips, dragging him down and kissing him harder. He kissed him like he was starving for it, like he needed it to live.
"Hex," he gasped against his lips. "My Hex, mine."
no subject
Hex devoured him, tasting tongue and teeth as his hands smoothed over his body.
"You can't claim me and leave me," he told him. "If I'm yours,, it's forever..."
no subject
"Forever isn't real," Nyx insisted between kisses, arching up against him with a low moan. "Right now is though. This is real. The lust, the need, the love- It's real."
no subject
"How real? How much do you need me?" he pressed.
no subject
"Like air, Hex. I need you like air," Nyx painted, using all his strength to roll them over and starting to kiss his way down Hex's chest.
It felt good to lose himself in the other man. To pretend it was all okay. He was okay. He was fine, and that maybe this one good thing really could last.
It felt good to lie to himself a little.
no subject
Hex was still- still enough. He moved to meet Nyx's lips and hands, soft moans of pleasure encouraging the man.
"Oh my god, I love you," he whispered, eyes closed as the truth and power of it washed over him.
no subject
"Love you, Hex," Nyx said- Before taking him between his lips.
