Season Finale
It was a partly closed set today, only a few crew and actors who needed to be there. Spoilers, right?
Nyx was reviewing the changes to the script, perched on a chair off to the side of the cameras. He'd seen Hex, had seen House hanging around as well, though he was in his own little world as he turned the page and reviewed the highlighted parts. However, he did glance up when he noticed one of them heading his way.

He'd seen Hex, had seen House hanging around as well, though he was in his own little world as he turned the page and reviewed the highlighted parts. However, he did glance up when he noticed one of them heading his way.

"Noodles sound good," Nyx smiled, nodding at Hex. "And yeah, after I'll come and we can talk about my treatment," he agreed, turning to Greg.

Hex smoothed his hand down Nyx's back slowly.
"Would you rather talk about treatments with just them?" he asked.
"I can dip, see you after," he offered.
It was painfully obvious House wasn't comfortable being in an open relationship, and Hex thought it might be better for his career if he didn't rub the man's face in the fact Nyx loved as he pleased.

“We’re not having an oncology appointment over lunch,” he said. “Let’s go. You can dip after.”

"Sure, as long as you both stop being weird," Nyx said, pulling a bit of a face and finishing his coffee. "I want something decadent. Maybe not ramen. Oh! There's that place a few blocks over, the one that chef owns... I forgot the name already. They do the most amazing lobster. I want to eat well while I'm actually wanting to eat. Let's go there," he suggested.

"Bang on," Hex smiled and nodded enthusiastically.
"You got a car or should I call one?' he asked House.

"Nice day though, I'm fine walking," Nyx assured them both. "Or, I could call a cab..."
no subject
"Naaah, don't waste your money. Ride with House," Hex told him. "I'll start now, probably beat you there."
He flashed a smile, kissed Nyx on the cheek, then took a step away.
Maybe if they had a minute, House might feel a little more secure, he thought.

Nyx watched him go as well, still not sure what the strange vibe in the air was all about.
"Yeah, totally," Nyx nodded, offering Greg a smile. "Lead the way."

"Oh," Nyx said, looking a bit disappointed. "Um, I'm free except Thursdays. My appointments are always Thursday," he said quietly.
He put on the helmet, adjusting the strap.
"I could still be on set though, yeah? Just to be involved."

Nyx climbed on behind him and slipped his arms around him.
"You're not putting all my scenes together just because I'm ill, are you?"

"What do you mean?" Nyx asked, resting his chin on Greg's shoulder.

"What? Oh, come on, Hex just worries about me. He's protective, that's all," Nyx said. "Sometimes he's kinda bossy, but- I dunno, maybe I need that? Come on, let's go eat," Nyx smiled, pressing a kiss to his cheek before settling in properly on the bike.

It wasn’t a long drive. And when he parked, he really wanted to enjoy these last few seconds with just the two of them.
He twisted on the bike and gingerly removed Nyx’s helmet as he leaned in and kissed him. (And this was not for Hex’a benefit; he didn’t notice that he was approaching on the street.)

Nyx returned the kiss with a warm smile, then fixed Greg's shirt where it had ridden up a bit from Nyx holding on a bit too tight.
"You really are gonna win a ton of awards, you know. People are already loving the show, they're going to go wild for all this."

Hex had walked, quickly but not enough to raise his pulse. He caught the kiss and smiled. Maybe it'd be better now.
"Perfect timing," he declared.

House helped Nyx off of the bike and then slid his cane out of the holder underneath. “Lunch is on me,” he said. “To celebrate.”
no subject
"That's very kind of you," Nyx smiled. "Was your walk alright?" he asked Hex.
no subject
"Yeah, got to talk to Randy at the security desk. Saw a picture of his new sprog," he grinned. "It looks like a baby. You two have a good ride?"
