Hannibal

For as much as Nyx seemed to go off the rails, he did quite like having a routine. Seeing Hannibal once a week scratched multiple itches, a little high, a little danger- And a weekly appointment to keep. Something to center his week around when everything else was a bit messy or out of order.

This week was no different, saying hello at the desk, then making his way to Hannibal's rooms. The only real difference was he was dressed a bit nicer this week, having spent the afternoon recording a few promotional videos for the upcoming holiday season, and a TV special he was to be a part of. Rather than his usual casual style, he had on a rather nice suit. Well, some of it anyway- The tie and jacket had been abandoned in the car, but the shirt and trousers still looked nice.

Hannibal was not in a good mood. Things weren't going the way he wanted them too, and he was starting to become quite restless. The façade of a calm, cool, collected nature was starting to fray at the edges.

He couldn't quite keep the irritation off his face. Alcuin was giving him more trouble than pleasure as of late. And he knew the boy had gotten himself a second phone.

He was tired of playing games. He was tired of keeping in check. And he was tired of pretending and hiding his nature. He wanted to kill someone. He wanted blood on his hands, and in his mouth.

The restlessness was visible on his face when Nyx came in. Not that he wanted to kill Nyx. Not at all. Nyx was a very welcome distraction.

"Hello, Nyx." It sounded more dangerous than pleasant.
